Join the IBY Youth Board
The IBY Youth Board is a group of young people, with one purpose: they want to make a positive difference in the lives others.
Aged 17-25, our members volunteer their time to help support and guide our work. They are involved in all of our decisions, large and small, to make sure that we provide the best service possible to the young people we work with.
Our members have been able to decide which workshops we add to our offering; help manage our Future Choices event series; and represent the Board at influential events such as TedxTeen and strategy meetings on youth crime in London.
As an IBY Youth Board member you'll be fully trained and supported in your role. You'll have access to free mentoring and guidance for your own ventures, education and employment, as well as skills development workshops on leadership, creativity, money management and more.

We are recruiting experts for our Steering Group. In order to join you must be 18+ and able to attend meetings every other month at our office in London.
We are currently seeking those with experience and expertise in:
- Law
- Corporate Social Responsibility and Philanthropy
- Finance & Fundraising
- Education: Teaching and Learning
- Marketing
